At TaskHarmony, we believe in giving control back to the user. That means minimizing the data we collect, making every advanced feature opt-in, and ensuring your app data stays on your device unless you choose otherwise. At TaskHarmony, privacy is not an afterthought. It is our foundation. We build apps with respect for your data and control over your choices.

• We minimize the data we collect to only what is required for accounts, subscriptions, and core service functionality. ?
  For example, creating an account may require only an email address. We do not collect unnecessary personal details, and premium users see no ads where applicable.
• We aim to use non-personalized ads where supported to reduce profiling and unnecessary data harvesting. ?
  For example, in supported free app experiences, ads may be based on app context rather than a personal advertising profile. Premium users may have ad-free access where offered.
• All syncing, backup, and data-sharing features are opt-in; the default is privacy-first. ?
  For example, backup or sync features are off by default unless you enable them. In apps like MemeOrganizer, many actions can be performed locally on your device without sending your content to us.

TaskHarmony LLC ("TaskHarmony," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), including the TaskHarmony Hub platform.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

• Account details, such as your email address, display name, and securely stored authentication credentials
• Payment-related information processed by Stripe, though we do not store your full payment card details
• Communications you send to us, including support requests, emails, or feedback
• Optional newsletter or marketing signup information, such as your name and email address

b. Automatically Collected Data

• Device and browser information, such as device model, operating system, app version, and browser type
• IP address and approximate region
• Logs of interactions with our websites or services
• Error reports, diagnostics, or crash data, anonymized where reasonably possible

c. Local App Data

Most TaskHarmony applications operate locally on your device. Personal notes, images, budgets, tags, and similar content are stored on your device by default unless you choose to enable syncing, backup, sharing, or support-related submission features.

d. Optional Cloud Sync and Server Storage

If you enable syncing, backup, or other cloud-supported features, relevant data may be transmitted to and stored on TaskHarmony-managed or service-provider-managed servers. When applicable, we use encryption in transit and reasonable safeguards at rest. You may disable syncing, delete stored cloud data, or request deletion of your account through the TaskHarmony Hub account management or data management portals. Some apps may also provide controls that allow you to delete server-stored data associated with that individual app.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services and software development kits (SDKs) for payments, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, support functionality, or advertising. Examples may include:

• Google AdMob, in supported free app versions
• Stripe, for payment processing
• Hosting, email, analytics, or support providers used to operate and improve our Services

These third parties may collect certain information, such as device identifiers, approximate location, app diagnostics, or advertising performance data, subject to their own privacy practices. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers, and we strive to minimize the information shared with third parties. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or entirely free from unauthorized access or data leakage.

How We Use Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Services
• Authenticate user accounts and manage account-related features
• Provide subscriptions, premium features, purchases, and receipts
• Respond to support requests and communicate about updates, billing, or service changes
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized access

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and operational obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may request deletion of your account and associated server-stored data by using available account or data deletion features or by contacting support@taskharmonyhub.com. Deleted data is removed from active systems within a reasonable time and may remain in secure backups temporarily until those backups expire or are overwritten, where technically necessary.

Account Deletion

If you close your TaskHarmony account, or if your account is terminated under our Terms of Service, data stored on our servers may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Locally stored data on your devices remains under your control and is not removed by us unless a specific app feature explicitly performs such removal at your direction.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption, authentication, and access controls, to protect information under our control. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. By using TaskHarmony, you acknowledge this inherent risk. We believe one of the best ways to reduce privacy and security risk is to collect and retain as little user data as reasonably possible.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers that help us operate our platform and Services, such as payment, hosting, email, or support providers
• To comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful government requests
• To enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights, or protect the safety of our users or others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections where feasible

We require service providers to handle data in a manner consistent with applicable law and reasonable privacy and security expectations.

Children's Privacy

TaskHarmony Hub and related Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
