By using TaskHarmony apps and services, you agree to the following terms.

TaskHarmony builds productivity and organization tools designed for personal use.
Some applications operate entirely offline, while others connect to the TaskHarmony Hub platform
for authentication, syncing, or premium features.
We strive to provide reliable and private tools, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access,
error-free performance, or perfect security. By accessing or using TaskHarmony Hub, the
TaskHarmony website, or any associated apps, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Services.
Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
Subscriptions and Payments
- All payments are securely processed by Stripe. TaskHarmony does not store your credit card information.
- By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan selected.
- You may cancel anytime through your account portal; your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- All fees are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds may be considered in cases of technical issues or accidental renewals at our discretion.
Local and Cloud Data
- TaskHarmony apps are local-first. Your data remains stored on your device unless you opt in to syncing or backup services.
- If you enable syncing, you consent to the storage and transfer of encrypted data through TaskHarmony’s servers.
- You may disable syncing, delete stored cloud data, or request deletion of your account through the TaskHarmony Hub account or data management portal. Some apps may also provide controls that allow you to delete server-stored data associated with that individual app.
- Data handling and deletion are further described in our Privacy Policy.
Data Responsibility and Backups
While TaskHarmony apps are designed to store and protect your data, you are responsible
for maintaining your own backups where appropriate. TaskHarmony does not guarantee that
data stored on your device or through optional syncing services will be preserved without loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskHarmony is not responsible for data loss,
corruption, or recovery resulting from device failure, user actions, software errors,
or third-party services.
Bonus Points

Certain TaskHarmony apps or purchases may include bonus points that can be used to unlock
additional apps or features within TaskHarmony Hub. Bonus points are provided as an extra
benefit and are not a paid product, subscription, or guaranteed entitlement.
- Bonus points are complimentary and may be awarded, modified, or revoked at our discretion.
- Bonus points do not have monetary value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
- Bonus points are separate from your subscription and are not considered part of any paid plan.
- Rules, availability, and required point amounts may change at any time.
Advertising and Analytics
- Free versions of TaskHarmony apps may include ads served by third-party partners such as Google AdMob.
- We do not sell user data but cannot completely control third-party data collection for ad delivery or analytics.
- You may upgrade to a premium subscription to remove ads where available.
Intellectual Property
- All content, software, trademarks, and branding associated with TaskHarmony are the property of TaskHarmony LLC.
- You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use our materials without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services or systems.
- Upload malicious code, disrupt functionality, or interfere with other users.
- Use our Services for commercial resale, spam, or automated scraping.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device,
or complete data security. You acknowledge that all software carries inherent risks,
and TaskHarmony is not liable for loss or corruption of data arising from use of our Services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskHarmony LLC and its affiliates shall not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
arising from or related to your use of the Services. In no event shall the total liability
of TaskHarmony LLC and its affiliates exceed the amount you paid for the Services during
the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if
you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of our systems. Upon termination,
your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete associated
data per our Privacy Policy.
Modifications and Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or Service at any time,
with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension,
or discontinuation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes,
we may provide notice through the Services, by email, or by other reasonable means.
Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms,
you must stop using the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, without regard
to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be
resolved in the state or federal courts of Maine.
